A builder's firm that grew into a developer and landscaper

Homes by Hines began on site — a small team taking on the refurbishments other firms found awkward: listed frontages, failing structures, gardens left to run wild, houses that had been altered badly for fifty years. That work taught us how buildings actually fail, and how they should be put back.

Today we run renovations, our own small residential developments and garden landscaping side by side. The same people appraise the site, hold the programme and hand over the keys. It keeps us honest about what a job costs and how long it really takes.
